Von 2014-2020 war Sie UN Sonderberichterstatterin für die Rechte indigener Völlker. Sie ist Mitbegründerin von Indigenous Peoples Rights International. In diesem Gespräch, geführt auf dem Weltsozialforum in Mumbai, Indien 2004 erklärt Victoria Tauli-Corpuz die Notwendigkeit indigenen Widerstands und die Verflechtung von indigenen Kulturen und Klimawandel.
